The global fourth-generation ship electric propulsion system, custom-made by Guangzhou HG Marine Co.Ltd. for Shanghai Jiaoyun Shipping under Shanghai Ferry Co.Ltd., has been inspected by the China Classification Society (CCS), successfully delivered to the ship owner, and, after strict onboard commissioning and acceptance, has recently been launched.
The first batch of GRM110-200kW rim driven thruster delivered this time has been installed on China's very first new energy all-electric ferry, meticulously built by Shanghai Ferry.
